It's been a busy week for me at SRU with classes and such, and I almost completely forgot about this blog. I walked into my apartment and the Steelers were down at halftime to the Colts. It's now the start of the 4th quarter, and we are down 10-13. It seems that this Pittsburgh team is so up and down at the start of this season. What is going to become of the Steelers the rest of the season after the rough start so far? How far can they go and how much work needs to be done?
I agree it has been a rough start. Watching that game just got sad and honestly as much as I am a fan, they didn't deserve the win.... To give the Colts offense that much playing room without Daton Manning was just wrong. The D wasn't playing real well but the Offense isn't the Steelers offense right now, Ben is throwing to much junk and its going right to the defenders, but whats killing me is to see the running game completely shut down every week. Mendenhall is dancing in the backfield way to much when we need him to go through the middle and get through the gaps. Hopefully they figure something out as it is early but still need to set the bar for the rest of the season fast!
